Take note: The users stated in this article pertains to your Teachers, Parents, and Students.
Start by inviting your users via the Parent Portal, Student Portal, and Teacher module. Make sure they have an email address entered on their respective profile. Do not skip this step or else it will not work.
Once your users have been invited to the system, you can start by opening the user's profile and look for the "Username" button. Below is a screenshot of a student's profile with the "Username" button
