Just like how you can mass message parents and students by grade and homeroom list, you mass message parents and students by subjects' attendance lists. Here's how it works:
Messaging by Subjects is available in the regular Messaging module. Simply click on the module link in your menu bar and click into one of the address fields to open up the dropdown of student and student list options. Subjects lists will appear as one option within the listing.
- Subject lists for all subjects appear taught at school appear in mass messaging for all messaging users.
Subject list mass messaging is available for Email, Text, and Voice Call and requires no setup. Hopefully, this should streamline messaging for both teachers and administrators.
