How to Claim & Submit Online Registration Forms (BETA) as a Parent

If you're a parent looking to register online to the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District (CRPUSD), here is the process.

First, you should have received an email from your school / district with instructions on where to submit your online registration. You will need a reference number as well as a link in order to submit your registration:

Once you click on the link, you'll be taken to the Online Registration page:

Just click on the "Retrieve Submission" button to start the registration process. You'll need to enter your email address and reference number. If you are submitting for multiple children, you should get a separate reference number for each child:

Once you've entered your information, the screen will display the required forms to fill:

Be sure to select the correct "Class" from the dropdown, so that the correct forms are enabled for you. Next, you'll need to click on each individual form to submit your information.

After saving the first form, fields that have already been filled will be auto-filled in subsequent forms. So please fill in the forms in sequence.

When you see the "Add Signature" button, clicking on it will require that you type in your name to represent your signature:

Once you've saved all the forms, and you're happy with the information, you can save and submit the form packet. You will also receive an automated email with further instructions on the registration process. Please proceed as directed.
