Troubleshooting Missing Subject Specific Criteria Templates

Occasionally, the Subject Specific Criteria Template tab may go missing out of an admin's  Report Cards module. Usually, this is related to switching to a report card that does not support Subject Specific criteria and then switching to one that does have the system enabled, but the issue may occur at other times. To fix it, simply reset the system with the try the following steps: 

1. Go to Report Cards --> Setup Report Cards
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Click "Turn it Off" to turn off the Subject Specific Criteria system
4. Click "Turn it On" to turn the Subject Specific Criteria system back on

The Subject Specific Criteria tab should reappear at this point. Of course, if you have any further questions or concerns please do contact support.
