To access grades in the Portal click on the “View Complete Record” link under the student’s name, this will take you to the student record.
Once in the student record scroll down until you see a list of tabs. Click on the “Gradebook” tab to view grades. Under this tab you will see a list of subjects along with the student’s final grade in that subject. In order to see grades for specific assignments click on the “Details” link next to the subject. You have the ability to see grades from past terms by using the “Semester” drop down menu. If you would like to print grades or view the grades for all subjects on one page you can click “Preview” or “Download” to access to a progress report in PDF view that will contain the grades for all subjects.
