The Sports and After-School Activities app allows you to keep track of which activities and sports students are participating in.
To install the app go to the App Store and find the Sports and After-School Activities Tracker. Click “Install” to add the app to your account. Once enabled, make sure you have access rights configured, they will look something like this:
Now that you’ve set up the App, it’s time to start using it! Locate the words “Student Activities” in the grey menu at the top of your page:
Here you will see two different tabs - Sports and After-School Activities:
This allows you to track your sports and after-school activities separately. Under both menus you will need to select which term you are working under:
Once you click on “Add new Sport/Activity” you’ll see a blank table. You must at minimum add an Activity Name and assign a teacher, the activity code can be anything you prefer, whatever makes most sense for your school. Here’s how this might look:
Once you click Save you will see:
And now to enroll some students, click on the row for the appropriate activity. Simply enter the name of a student in the “Add Member” field (or select the student’s name from the dropdown) and they will be added. Here’s what you’ll see:
