The Community Service App allows schools to track students' Community Service hours from the Student Record. You can also keep track of awards or achievements using this app.
Once the app is installed users with access will see a new Community Service tab in the student record. To add a Community Service item to a student's record, simply navigate to the Community Service tab, then click on the Add Service button:
At minimum you must add in the Number of Hours, other fields are optional but may be helpful for tracking purposes. Under Type you can select community service, award or activity:
Once you click Add the app will record your item, which can be edited later. The total number of hours will show right above the Add Service button and in order to see a PDF summary of a students activity click on Preview or Download:
